Refund Policy

Short version: the free 7-day trial is there so you can test bankstatements-csv properly before paying. Because you can do that, subscription payments are non-refundable except where the law requires. You can cancel anytime and you're never locked in.

Try before you buy

Every account starts with a fully functional 7-day free trial, and no credit card. Please use it: run your own bank's statements through the app and confirm it does what you need, before any money changes hands.

Subscription payments are non-refundable

Because the free trial lets you evaluate the service in full before paying, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds on subscription payments, including your first payment and monthly renewals. Instead of a refund, you can cancel at any time.

If a payment was clearly a mistake (for example, you were charged after cancelling, or billed twice for the same period), email support@bankstatements-csv.com and we'll put it right.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription anytime, self-serve, from the account area inside the app. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Nothing renews after that.

Payments are handled by Paddle

Paddle.com is our merchant of record and processes all payments. Paddle may also apply its own buyer terms when handling a payment dispute.
