Refund Policy
Last updated: 8 July 2026
Short version: the free 7-day trial is your risk-free way to try before you buy. Because you can fully evaluate PDF2CSV before paying, subscription payments are non-refundable except where the law requires. You can cancel anytime and you're never locked in.
Try before you buy — the free trial
Every account starts with a 7-day free trial — full functionality, no credit card. This is deliberately your window to confirm PDF2CSV works with your bank's statements before any money changes hands. We strongly encourage you to use it to check the app does what you need.
Subscription payments are non-refundable
Because the free trial lets you evaluate the service in full before paying, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds on subscription payments, including your first payment and monthly renewals. Instead of a refund, you can cancel at any time — see below.
If a payment was clearly a mistake — for example you were charged after cancelling, or billed twice for the same period — email support@
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription anytime, self-serve, from the account area inside the app. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Nothing renews after that.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer-protection laws where you live. In particular, if the service is faulty, not fit for its purpose, or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy — including a refund — regardless of anything above. This policy only limits change-of-mind refunds, which are not something we're required to provide.
Payments are handled by Paddle
Paddle.com is our merchant of record and processes all payments. Paddle may also apply its own buyer terms when handling a payment dispute.
